RATTLETRAP

What do you get when you take a 2007 Jeep JK, open her up, and drop in a 5.9 Liter 12- Valve Turbo Cummins? Meet Rattletrap! This rugged machine offers the versatility of a Jeep combined with the power, torque, and durability that the Cummins is known for. From the robust exterior to the ritzy interior, this powerhouse is certainly a jaw dropper!

This Jeep is decked out with a custom roof, fiberglass hood, and Rigid Industries lighting products all around. The stubby front bumper from Off Camber Fabrications houses the 9500lbs Ramsey winch, in case you do find your self in a bind and need a little extra pull. There’s no need to worry about scratches or rock chips because the exterior has been Line-X sprayed for the extra wear and tear.

The suspension has been custom built to handle any terrain with its 2-5/8″ Prodigy Coil-Over Shocks complete with 3″ ID coil springs from Eibach. This support provides 16″ of travel in the rear and 14″ in the front, which makes plenty of room for the monstrous 44×19.50-20LT Pit bull Rocker tires mounted on Staworks 20×12 double bead lock wheels with rock rings. Take a look in the bed and you will notice the mounted spare tire along with a holder for your shotgun.

Let’s talk about what every one wants to know about – the heart of the beast! If you have ever sat behind a 12-Valve Cummins then you know this engine already sings a sweet diesel sound, but when you add a Twin Turbo set up, it’s music to your ears as the boost pressure increases and the torque plants you in your seat. The engine is a 1997 12-Valve 6BT that easily outputs 500+ of horsepower and 1000+lb/ft of torque. This power is made possible by multiple BD Diesel fuel pump upgrades and injectors along with their Super B Twin Turbo kit.

This roaring diesel power is sent to the ground through a NV4500 5 Speed Manual Transmission to a 2 speed Transfer case w/ a 3.8 ratio low range to give that extra grunt when needed. Then on to Currie built Dana 60 axle upfront and a Dana 70 axle in the rear.

Climb inside and you will notice the sleek interior is packed full of goodies that start with 4 MasterCraft Baja RS racing bucket seats with 5 point harnesses that will keep you and your passengers comfortable and safe. The full interior roll cage has been custom built for maximum safety but also keeps with the factory look and fit, and the Rugged Radios onboard system handles superior sound and communication needs.

In case you want some personal security you can lock your handgun in a case under the steering wheel. The heart of this beast and road speed is monitored with Auto-Meter Ultra-Lite Gauges in the stock gauge location and on the A-pillar of the roll cage.

This ultimate custom Jeep is a total dream (but a little word to the wise, Rattletrap is not street legal). But the best part is that it can be yours!

ECO SRT

If you think Jeeps are only for off-roading, think again! This Jeep brings luxury to its max. The Grand Cherokee has been well known for years to be at the top of the Jeep line up. This Jeep is certainly no different.

You start with a Grand Cherokee Overland, add a Renegade fiberglass SRT body kit, throw on some SSBC brakes on all four corners, top it off with a fresh coat of custom paint, and complete the look by adding a massive set of 22 inch wheels wrapped with 305/ 40R22 Nitto Grappler A/T tires. The finished product is a heart pounding custom SRT!

Now with this being a Diesel Brothers give away you are probably wondering why we picked a Jeep Grand Cherokee instead of a big diesel truck. Well, nestled under the hood of this luxury Jeep lies the V6 Turbo Diesel. This puts to rest old stereotypes about poor performing diesel engines, and so the Eco SRT is born.

The 3.0 Liter Italian diesel sports 240 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of neck jerking torque. So what you have is the Eco for fuel economy and diesel grunt in the performance ride of the Jeep SRT. This diesel uses an 8 speed automatic transmission to get the power to the road. With 8 gears, you will never find yourself wanting more muscle as it keeps propelling itself down the road.

The inside of this luxury diesel is decked out with a classy interior to keep you comfortable as you zip around town or cruise down the interstate.

If you love Jeeps and want the power of a diesel, then this is a match made in heaven. The thrill of the open highway is waiting for you. Are you up for the challenge?
